Partner-facing API for r-mad.ai — chat completions against our hosted Gemma model, audio transcription with intent/BANT/NEAT-P extraction, and the Genesys Summarization Connector contract. Chat completions and transcription are authenticated with an org-issued API key; the Genesys connector uses a separate signed-JWT scheme.
